About Me
Welcome to my classroom! I'm Elisa Nash, and I'm thrilled to be teaching Kindergarten at Shepard Elementary. I began my career in education in 2007 and am passionate about fostering a love of learning while helping each student reach their full potential.

Interests and Hobbies
When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy working out, going on bike rides with my family, watching movies, and traveling. I believe that exploring new places and cultures allows me to bring diverse perspectives into my lessons.

Mrs. Nash's Class Schedule

7:00 am - 7:30 am Early Morning Drop-Off. During this time, students will be either in the gym or in the cafeteria for breakfast until the 7:30 am bell rings.

7:30 am - 7:40 am Greet Students

7:40 am - 7:45 am  Announcements

7:45 am - 8:00 am  Daily Meeting

8:00 am - 9:30 am Math

9:30 am - 12:00 pm  Reading/ELA 

12:00 pm - 12:30 pm Recess

12:30 am - 1:00 pm Lunch

1:05 pm - 1:55 pm Specials

2:00 pm - 2:15 pm  Reading/ELA 

2:15 pm - 2:45 I/I

2:45 pm - 2:55 pm Pack Up/Dismissal

Throughout the day, each class also does whole group bathroom trips, and children are allowed to request a bathroom break at any time.

Library:

Each class gets 45 minutes at a time. The time slots are on Wednesdays.

PACE:

PACE students receive 30 minutes of PACE per week starting in February 2024.  

Counselor:

Each class gets 30 minutes at a time and 1 day each Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays.
